About Linus and OptimaProc

Built by Someone Who Understands Both Processes and Technology.

OptimaProc was founded by Linus Erley, an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP and transformation consultant.

His background includes business-process improvement, workflow design, system integration, and the enterprise systems behind essential operations. Today, he applies that experience to AI training, automation and implementation.

Linus has trained more than 50 professionals in the practical use of AI and spoken at business and technology events.

His focus is simple: understand the business problem first, then decide whether training, automation, integration or AI is the right answer.

How We Work

Our Principles

briefcase Created with Sketch Beta.

Business first

We start with the cost, delay, risk or missed opportunity — not with a tool looking for a use case.

process-on-vm-line

Real workflows

Workshops and implementations are based on your actual processes, systems, data and constraints.

Capability transfer

Your team should understand and retain what we build. Documentation, training and clear ownership are part of the work.

A Transparent Delivery Model

Senior Attention Without Unnecessary Overhead.

Linus leads the strategy, workshops and client communication. When an implementation requires additional expertise, OptimaProc brings in specialists only where the scope demands it — such as automation, system integration, infrastructure or private AI deployment.

You know who is doing the work, what they are responsible for and why they are involved.
