Session One
Your leadership team aligns on AI’s practical potential, examines current activity and identifies relevant opportunities.
Between sessions
Participants collect missing information and refine the strongest opportunities.
Session Two
We assess value, effort, feasibility and risk, select the strongest use cases and build the 90-day plan.
Follow-up
Approximately two weeks later, we review progress, resolve open questions and adjust priorities where necessary.

Do participants need technical AI knowledge?
No. The workshop is designed for business owners, managing directors and functional leaders.
Are we required to purchase implementation support afterward?
No. You can execute the roadmap internally, work with another partner or ask OptimaProc to support selected implementations.
